When we first started our bingo portal, our aim was not merely to provide the most information about online bingo websites. It is easy to pen “fluff” and irrelevant information in bulk. Whilst gathering and publishing a ton of random information is a simple task, it is just not useful to anyone involved. Our goal was to provide the most “useful” information on bingo sites to benefit bingo players. In striving towards this goal, we had to decide what information would benefit the player the most.
One of the things that we had learned the “hard way” was that the folks “behind” the operation matters. The company’s character, level of integrity, and the way they treat their customers matters to us. In addition to “knowing” the company you deal with; it is important to know who is running and working for the company with whom we are giving business to. We find it a bit odd that despite bingo being such a social game, many bingo site operators do not bother to introduce themselves properly or fully. When I go to the local bingo hall, I know the bingo room manager, I get to know the people who work in the bingo hall and at the very least – I know the name and a little bit about the person and company who owns the bingo hall. Yet, when playing bingo online, we only get to know the chat managers. Very rarely, a bingo site might (and I stress the word “might”) name drop their bingo manager or publish any information about their company or owner’s background. Those who make this type of information available mostly do so because they are required to make such corporate information available to the public. This is the case with publicly listed companies.
With all of that in mind, we have decided to step it up a notch and introduce you to the companies and people who operate online bingo sites. In the information below, you will find information on many of the companies that run bingo sites. We also introduce you to some of the people who work for the various bingo operators. When making these introductions, some of the information we uncover might shock you. If so, then we have accomplished our goal. We will help you get to know which operators are worthy of your hard earned money and we will assist you in figuring out which dirt bags should remain as far away from your funds as humanly possible.
We have additionally taken the liberty of assigning each company that we cover with a “character rating”. The character marks (rated A through F) reflect our opinion on how safe your money is when doing business with the operators we cover. We hold those operators who receive an A or B in high regards, whilst operators earning a D or F are candidates to avoid or straight up online scams. In our bingo operator reports, we consider past and present problems, how the company addresses and resolves said issues, the type of licences they possess, the policies their sites have in place, their experience, and whether they are publicly listed or privately held companies.
The bingo operator’s character rating is the heaviest mark or rating that we consider in our full bingo reports. In fact, the character rating accounts for 25% of a bingo site’s overall mark. With all that in mind, let’s get started getting to know our bingo operators!
