Our thoughts on William Hill PLC

In recent months there has been a number of top-level management replaced and seen entire divisions of staff walking out due to the uncertainty in its online operations. This has caused William Hill top act quickly to ensure outstanding issues were address and to date it appears these operations have returned to normal operations. As a result, to these changes and perceived uncertainty, we downgraded Will Hill’s character rating from an A- to a B. This move was cautious in nature and we have been monitoring them closely. There have been no notable issues within the company that has affected players. We have committed to reviewing their character marks in the next few months.
